At FantasyCrafted, we understand that you may need to modify or cancel your order. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled.
Orders may be canceled within twelve hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible at info@fantasycrafted.com or by phone at 725 227 6837 and include your full name and order number.
If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible time frame, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our return and refund policy once the item has been delivered.
FantasyCrafted reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
