Return and Refund Policy

At FantasyCrafted, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for our DIY puzzles, booknooks, and three dimensional house miniatures.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within fourteen days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@fantasycrafted.com or by phone at 725 227 6837 and provide your full name and order number. Our team will provide further instructions for returning the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Products that have been assembled, partially assembled, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. Due to the nature of DIY kits, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened and used.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as FantasyCrafted is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within several business days. Shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within seven days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control once the order has been shipped.

FantasyCrafted reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
