We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within one to three business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times are five to nine business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, high demand periods, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by your country are the responsibility of the customer. FantasyCrafted is not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs clearance procedures.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. FantasyCrafted is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier first. FantasyCrafted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
